Keep a Tally is licensed to you under Apple’s standard end user licence agreement.

Standard Apple EULA
Your use of Keep a Tally, including the in-app purchase that unlocks the remaining districts, is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We have not added custom terms on top of it.
In-app purchase
The full game is a one-time, non-consumable purchase charged to your Apple Account. It is not a subscription and does not renew. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple (see Support).
